Cars (Disney/Pixar Cars) (Little Golden Book) Reviews
My 2 year old loves the movie Cars! The pictures are colorful and take up most of the page which is really engaging, and there aren't a ton of words on each page that he can get lost in! My only "issue" with the book, and this is no fault of the seller's at all... is when they refer to Lightning McQueen throughout the book, the author calls him just McQueen. A LOT. Like... more so than I want to read in a short story. I find myself changing the words to "Lightning" or just "he" because saying McQueen over and over and over gets a little crazy. Other than that, this is a good book and it goes through the story of the movie perfectly in a simple way for kids young and old.
This is actually a nice little book. It focuses on the themes of friendship from the movie. Not too annoying to read
My son is two and I’ve started to collect Golden books for him. I was so excited to find out there was a Golden book for cars which is his favorite right now. These books are just so cute for the little ones. Our family enjoys them.
Gift for my nephew. I absolutely love these Little Golden Books. Definitely will keep buying these books. Great books for children and bedtime stories.
My son loves these books almost as much as the movies.
Cute book, but I bought this book for a 4 yr old. Too much text for him
The illustrations in this book are so cute! They have an adorable vintage feel. I bought this to cut up for pennants in my son's room, but he loves reading it, so I might have to get a second copy!
